Please stick to a liquid diet (cream soups, yoghurt, Jell-O, coffee, tea and juices) the day before your appointment and the day of your appointment (if your appointment is in the afternoon).

At 5:00 or 6:00 PM the evening before your appointment, take four (4) Dulcolax tablets.

One (1) hour before your appointment use one (1) Fleet enema to clean the bowel. Hold the Fleet enema exactly 5 minutes No More, No Less, then sit on the toilet for exactly 5 minutes No More, No Less.

Dulcolax tablets and Fleet enema can be purchased at your local pharmacy without a prescription.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment you must provide at least 3 business days notice or you will be charged a $150.00 cancellation fee.
